Are you having trouble signing in to your CEOExpressSelect account?

Here are some quick and easy solutions. If you continue to have a problem, or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note: Many of these issues may cause similar problems when you try to access your CEOExpress email.

PROBLEM: I enter my user name and password, and then I arrive at this page.
  • Check the date, time and time zone on your computer. If these are incorrect, you will not be able to sign in. Be sure to check the year. Update these and try to access your account again. This is the most common issue, and should solve your problem within seconds. To check the time and date, double click the time in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
  • We need to know who you are. If we can't identify you, we can't show you your personal information. Some things to check:
    • Check to make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies. If you have a high security setting, make sure that www.ceoexpress.com is included in your allowed sites
    • Are you behind a firewall? Make sure that CEOExpress is included in your trusted sites
    • Are you using an Anonymizer? Again, make sure that CEOExpress is included in your trusted sites.
    • Still having trouble? Try deleting your CEOExpress cookies. This may help.

PROBLEM: I'm being taken to a page that says that my CEOExpressSelect account has expired.
  • Have you ever had more than one account? If you are positive that your account has not expired, it is possible that you may have more than one account (from past free trials, etc). Please use our password lookup and we will send you information for your current account. (Use the second option on the Password Lookup page – the first will only send you a password, and no user name.)
  • Is it possible that your account has actually expired? If so, please Click Here to renew your account. Be sure to use the sign in boxes on the right so that you renew your existing account, rather than creating a new one.
  • Are you trying to access a Free Trial account? Free Trials last for 14 days. After those 14 days you can upgrade to CEOExpressSelect by clicking here. Again, be sure to use the sign in boxes on the left so that you renew your existing account, rather than creating a new one.
PROBLEM: Am I using the correct login information?
  • Click here for our password lookup. You will have to use the second option if you need both user name and password (the first will only send you your password.)
  • It is also possible that you may have more than one account. Please use our password lookup (the second option) and we will send you information for your current account. (Out-dated and duplicate accounts can be deleted to avoid this problem in the future – just let us know!)
