May 23rd, 2005 I am completely beside myself with delight at our new Links Management System. I have been using it for three weeks and cannot believe the improvement to the existing features along with the incredible new features! My staff has really outdone themselves this time. I believe you will be as delighted as I am once you start using it. Keep reading for more information - though the only way to truly appreciate the new system is to use it. More Categories and Links: You've been asking for more Personal Links - some of you for years, some of you daily. Well, today, you finally have them. You can have up to 600 personal links, and as many categories as you need to hold them. (Believe me, this is more than 99.9% of you will ever need.) Subcategories: Keep your categories organized by dividing links into subcategories. Move categories: Do you want the bottom category in the left hand column at the top of the right hand column? Move the entire category with just a few easy clicks. Easier editing: Move links within categories, and to other categories, with greater ease. Delete unwanted links more quickly. Color code and bold links to make them stand out. You can even automatically check categories for broken links. Email your links to others!!!: Want to share your personal links with friends and colleagues? Select a group of personal links, and share them via email. Search My Links: A permanent "Search My Links" link at the top if your Personal Links section will allow you to search your personal links, as well as all CEOExpress links. (Those of you who have selected "CEOX/Personal Links" as one of your toolbar search boxes can use that box for something else.) For more information, please click here for Links Management Help. New "One-Click" Customization: We've improved One-Click Customization, to make it even easier to use. There are now two complementary versions of One-Click: "CEO Manage Links" allows you to click a browser button to pull up your "Manage Links" page from any page on the Internet. Here, you can select the appropriate category, and even the position within the category-try it, you will LOVE it. "CEO Quick Click" allows you to click a browser button to instantly add a link to a "Holding Area" category in your Personal Links section of CEOExpress - takes less than a second and you can organize the links later.
