There you go again, confusing them with facts. They are a lot like their hero Donald Trump, fat and stupid.

You need to get out of Georgia more often and experience life in the rest of America. I'm used to snow and cold. Are you?

Not upset at all, Know-it-all. I'm just watching you Libs humiliate yourselves.

Actually, I believe ya'll are assuring Trumps re-election and maintaining majority in Congress...both houses.

Politics never gets in the way of peoples pocketbook in election years. After all, you have to agree that's how B Clinton was elected for a second term while the economy was booming.

Stay warm, Snow Flake

Actually, there is a way to tell the age of the earth using math and physics. The fact that those facts are beyond your ability to understand says a lot, and it is not very complimentary of you.

If Jesus were to hold a press conference this afternoon and say 'Hi folks, I'm back' (and perhaps raise a few souls from the dead to prove it) - he would pass from speculation to reality.

Science is also speculative. There is no way to prove the earth is 17 billion years old (give or take 1,000,000,000 years)... it is simply the latest guess in the fluid evolution of knowledge. The proof will come when we know how and why it happened, understand what came before it, and know what lies beyond it.

One day, we will look back and see the guess as just another parable.

But there is no mystery to the measure of global warming. There is immense power and resource allotments poised to flow over that speculation. Lets give it the same (as they say in weather circles - 'cone of uncertainty') - something akin to the 1,000,000,000 years we cavalierly throw at our measurement of the universe - and the idea of redirecting all this power and resource to the few who claim to hold its secret is like emptying our bank accounting and giving every cent we own to the church.

No, that's how your president is described by his staff, as a dope.

A little upset, Jones? I don't blame you. It is hard when your little handed hero is revealed to be such an ignorant three-year-old. Do you think that the bone spur guy will last until the mid-terms? He is obviously in way over his head, and knows. Besides, it interferes with his ability to play golf which is what he lives for now that no self-respecting woman will allow herself to be alone with him.

Oh, shut up Robb. The conservatives are back and ready for battle.

Don't change the subject. You don't know anything about climate change that whats-her-name on MSNBC doesn't shove down your gullet.

Last night, NOVA rebroadcast its program on the Hubble Telescope. It included wonderful photographs and revelations. With the aid of Hubble scientists have been able to calculate the age of the universe as being between 17 and 18 billion years old. There more stars in the universe than there are grains of sand on beaches and deserts on our small, insignificant planet.
Yet, we have anti-science people on this forum who not only think the world was created in 7 days, 7000 years ago. This same people, of course, do not believe the science of climate change. God is in control and what is happening is happening because God wants it to happen so people should just ignore the increasingly violent storms and ceaseless increases in average world temperatures. Just have faith.
