I did not take the question that way at all. I believe that we need to be proactive and craft decisions that the majority support. It's too late once the decision is made. The tax cut is a bad decision, but it has been made, and it is the law of the land. If the GOP had wanted to craft a tax bill that the majority of Americans could support they could have brought the Dems in and had public hearings. It could have been good, and it could have been unifying. At this point it is a done deal. It isn't going to change, but the opposition it has created will be applied to future decisions, especially voting in the mid-terms.
