A career thief with nearly 150 busts on his rap sheet is finally behind bars after trying to rip off his favorite department store one too many times, Queens prosecutors said Tuesday.
"Tens of thousands of Democrats were writing us hate mail," Anthony Constantino recalled. "We just woke up one day and it was like all hell broke loose."
