Ronald Williams, 38, of Atlanta, was discovered around 1:35 a.m. Tuesday slumped over inside the parked black Chevy Equinox - with gunshot wounds to the torso and arm - on West 35th Street near Bay View Avenue in Coney Island, according to cops and photos from the scene.
