Two families have been trapped by settlers for days, casting a spotlight on the army's struggle to curtail settler violence and protect Palestinians living in the occupied West Bank.
The four people accused in a London, Ont., explosives and firearms-manufacturing investigation now face 19 new charges, according to court documents filed Tuesday. The three men and one woman were students or recent graduates of Western University.
