Hong Kong police have arrested three people after a massive fire tore through a high-rise housing complex, leaving at least 55 people dead in the city's deadliest blaze in three decades.
Police arrested three people for alleged manslaughter in connection to the blaze at Wang Fuk Court in the Tai Po district. At least 279 remain missing.
Video from the scene showed multiple buildings close to each other ablaze, with bright flames and smoke shooting out of many of the apartments' windows as night fell.
