Iran has intensified attacks targeting U.S. assets in the Middle East and Israel in apparent retaliation against the killing of Iran's security chief Ali Larijani.
The Iranian regime's security chief who was responsible for the brutal crackdown of Iranian protestors earlier this year was killed in an airstrike. NBC News' Richard Engel reports.
Chief Petty Officer Shannon Kent was killed in action during a special operations mission in Syria in 2019. Mr. Kent said he could not support "sending the next generation off to fight and die" in Iran.
