Authorities detained a former U.S. Army soldier who is accused of starting a fire and shooting a pellet gun outside of a federal building in New York City that houses an immigration court.
The crazed US Army soldier who lit a raging blaze and fired a "BB rifle" outside ICE's New York headquarters eyed other sites first for a possible "attack," federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
