A small Texas law firm with ties to the Trump administration has been awarded a $150 million contract to represent children who cross the border without guardians.
Chuck Edwards made the announcement after the House Ethics Committee recommended he be censured for "persistent unprofessional and inappropriate conduct" toward two female staff members.
