Ottawa Senators captain Brady Tkachuk was dealt to the Florida Panthers for a host of draft picks Sunday, pairing the rugged left wing with his brother, Matthew, on a two-time Stanley Cup championship team that missed the playoffs this past season.
The Kraken have acquired 23-year-old forward Mackie Samoskevich in a trade with the Panthers that will send the No. 25 pick in Friday's NHL draft back to Florida.
