Video captured masked individuals attacking a police cruiser with an officer inside during a street takeover in Maryland. The suspects also performed high-speed stunts during the chaos.
Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said officers had been attacked at Washington Square Park. Mayor Zohran Mamdani said the episode looked like a snowball fight, not a crime.
