California doctor Salvador Plasencia was sentenced to two and a half years in prison on Wednesday after he pleaded guilty to illegally supplying Friends star Matthew Perry with ketamine. The powerful sedative caused the actor's overdose death in 2023.
The doctor, Salvador Plasencia, had asked "I wonder how much this moron will pay" before supplying the drug to Mr. Perry, who became increasingly reliant on it before his death.
