 Apple today released watchOS 11.5, the fifth major update to the operating system that runs on the Apple Watch. watchOS 11.5 comes over a month after Apple released watchOS 11.4, and it is compatible with the Apple Watch Series 6 and later, all Apple Watch Ultra models, and the Apple Watch SE 2.

The Advanced Settings page replaces what used to be called the "For Developers" page, which housed various settings and tweaks that were supposedly only for developers. However, the For Developers page also included several settings that could've been useful to non-developers as well—like the "End Task" option for the taskbar—so perhaps this move is meant to make those tweaks more accessible to everyday users.
There are some new additions to the Advanced Settings page, too, such as a new "long path" setting that lets you remove the 260-character limit on file paths. This way, you can sidestep the "Path too long" error message when moving certain folders between partitions. Some other features from the now-defunct Dev Home will likely be coming to Advanced Settings in the future.
As of this writing, the Advanced Settings page is only being tested on Windows Server, but it's extremely plausible that this change will later come to Windows 11, perhaps some time this year.
