Sometimes, Microsoft's new Copilot Vision for Windows feels like a real step forward for useful AI: this emerging Windows technology sees what you see on your screen, allowing you to talk to your PC and ask it for help. What is Copilot Vision for Windows?
Outside of some nostalgic tears by former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, the announcement of Copilot Vision for Windows was the highlight of Microsoft's 50th anniversary celebration at the company's Redmond, Washington campus.
It's a visionary technology, pretty literally: you grant access to Windows Copilot to see and interpret your screen in real time, and you can talk to Windows to ask questions and seek advice. This is the newest 2025 base model iPad, which now charges over USB-C like the fancier Air and Pro models. It also gets a processor and storage upgrade, up to a full 128GB, which is great for handling games and downloaded videos. Amazon is offering the yellow and pink versions for $277.78, a great discount from its $350 retail price.
If you want something a little more standard, the blue and silver colors are on sale for $299. Up to you.
If Amazon runs out of stock, other retailers like Best Buy and Walmart are also offering the latest iPad at that $299 price point.

The new Start menu is significantly larger and wider than the current one and it features a separate panel for the Phone Link app—which Microsoft refers to as a "phone companion in Start"—where users can have quick access to data and tools from a synced Android or iPhone.
The new Start menu will begin rolling out next month, coming first to Windows Insider preview testers running Microsoft's own Snapdragon X-equipped Copilot PCs.
When that update rolls out, said PCs will also be updated with several new AI tools and features, like a brand-new "agentic AI" in the Settings app that can autonomously adjust settings and manage apps.
