Intercontinental Exchange rose more than 3% in the premarket after the company announced it took a $2 billion stake in prediction markets platform Polymarket.
Trilogy Metals shares tripled in premarket trade on Tuesday as the U.S. government took a 10% stake in a company exploring in Alaska for copper and other metals.
